📦 Return Policy – Active Rewind

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s how our returns work:

✅ Returns (UK/EU Buyers)

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

To start a return, send us a DM or email with your order details.

Returned items must be in the same condition they were sent.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was not as described.

🔁 Items Not Eligible for Return:

Items clearly sold “as is” with described flaws.

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., socks, underwear).

Custom-sourced items requested by the buyer.

We cannot provide any returns because of sizing. We provide 3 different measurements for all sets and other clothing. You can also ask for further measurements before purchasing an item

🛑 Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before the item has been shipped, whichever comes first. Please DM us as soon as possible if you change your mind.

Once an item is shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
